The UK has introduced an Internet Claims Court facility, has anyone here made use of it yet?

Could be a facility for claiming on problems with domain sales in the UK, Ebay UK etc.

MAN, this was VERY Smart, ive been hoping something like this would be established, now only if every country in the world can do it. :)
 
roger, is it for making claims over internet problems or just a way of making claims for non net stuff but over the internet.

see iam confused.
 
Looks to me like it's for any (subject to conditions as listed) but I haven't needed to use it yet so I cannot be positive.
 
if it wud be for all the country then it'll be gr8
