11:00am - please help get this damn thing off my computer..its worse than anything that it was protecting it from
11:06 - are you guysgoing to help me or do yopu want me to write my onw review
11:08 - please get you program off my computer

LOL I sympathise with you, mate.

We get similar end-users who really shouldn't be allowed to breed.

My favourite of the month was one guy who was demanding a refund. Normally, I'm happy to refund people's money, but I need a few basic details, such as the name they signed on with, and their transaction ID#... which this guy was refusing to give me, whilst threatening to sue, call police, call his governor, the BBB and the credit card company...
Douche-tastic!
