Great two word, generic domain name. Registered at Godaddy through 1/20/2011.

In this struggling economy, many people want to put their money into safe investments. What better place than Oil Bonds?

Has received some revenue - over $4 in last year at Parked.com and some revenue at Fabulous as well.
