I accept that its often hard to tell whether a specific domain name violates US trademark law, but OldNavyStores.com seems pretty clearcut. IMO that one is just asking for trouble.

Also the fact Realtor is a TM as well, some of these guys need to do a bit more homework, and realize why these names are dropping.
