• Has over 35,000 members.
• Over 300,000 unique IP's per month.
• Averages more than $200.00 of Adsense revenue per day.
• Is less than two years old.
• Has more than 2 million posts.
• DMOZ listed.
• Averages more than 5,000 new posts per day.
• Averages more than 100 new members per day.

I may sell this to fund a new project. The buyer would also receive a share in the new project, but that doesn't matter at this point in time. I'm curious what the experts here would value this forum at.

And you arrived at that figure how exactly?

I multiplied daily income by X30 which gives u $6000, According to your stuff, you get 100 new members daily and thats 3000 new memebers monthly, hence a 10% growth. Factor that in and multiply by 12 and then add extra for value of domain and member lists and stuff, and then you get somewhere in the $100-200k range..
