one tiger.com trademark question

i just regged onetiger.com and now i found out that there is a company called one tiger co ltd that owns the net. Is there a problem with this?

i also searched for trademark and i found this "TORAICHI" meaning:
The transliteration and translation of the non-English characters in the mark is: "TORA", meaning "TIGER" and "ICHI", meaning "one, i.e., No. 1".

Goods and services is: Clothing, namely, swim trunks, bathing suits, swim wear, breeches, leotards, tights; imitation leather jackets, pants
