I am brokering the premium domain name:

Once an agreement is reached, I will ask buyer or seller to initiate the escrow transaction, and my fee will be deducted from total sale and withheld by buyer until he/she has assumed ownership/control of the domain name. Once transfer is confirmed, buyer will then send my fee via either paypal.com or bank wire. This method has worked well for me in the past, and I will be happy to provide references upon request.
