Does anyone know someone higher up at this POS registrar? I need some help with a domain I bought from someone who has it there.

They make it impossible to transfer out, yet can't help me process a transfer *into* my account. Maddening. Customer service reps promise and promise and nothing. I literally am ready to start launching missles on these guys.

I am so sick of registrars holding people hostage. These guys are already guilty of the worst of what I've read about them.

If someone can help, I'd be eternally grateful.
