Hi, any suggestions for a retail price on this name?

Reason for posting: I had an offer today for the name and am really in two minds - love to know what others think.. I've been registering these kinds of names because they're long term holds for me.
My thoughts are that these minor generics will likely be much hotter in a few years once business begins to need them more.
Any quick guestimates off-the-top-of-the-head will be much appreciated and help me decide whether to accept the offer.
