This might not be a "deal".
I gave him the domains on our friendship which I believed at that time.
Actually, he gave me a promise for codename.com because it was my favourite.
However, there is no longer friendship between us.
I just want to return them to me.
He don't own them unless having the friendship as he know well.

Ok, so you 2 were friends. You gave him these 2 domains because of this friendship. Now you are no longer friends so you want your domains back. What was the promise for codename.com? Why would you give him a domain that was your favorite? Toho, why won't you give him these domains back? How about Mohno keep codename.com and Toho keep the other domain and then you 2 just move on from here. Atleast this way you both have 1 domain each. Both of you are nice guys and should be able to work this out.

Uh i still have no clue what's actually going on here :D

Lemme guess:

Mohno gave 2 domains to Toho in exchange for something unrelated to domains or for something he expected Toho to do (like doing a favor) or just for friendship but then something happened so now they're not friends anymore and/or Toho hasn't done him that favor and that's why Mohno wants the names back now.
Just like it's with gifts in a divorce.

Speaking of, wasn't there a mention of a WOMAN ?!

It MUST have something to do with it. :D

Heh, call me Sherlock

yeah, beatz that's my guess. They are devorcing each others friendship and Mohno want's his ring(domains) back. Or maybe it's over a real woman!

jh3, it's not a negotiation.
He gave me advices of domains, for example.
I gave him drop lists, for example.
I don't try to figure out which was more generous.

The 2 domains are just at least my request.

No woman involved.

So Mohno why won't Toho give these domains back to you if they were yours? There has to be something behind all of this.

Actually, I believe toho should answer your question, jh3.

Toho, why won't you give Mohno back these domains? What is behind all of this? :D

Hi jh3,

Dead letter.
He had destruction by himself last year.

Sherlock will be gather from his aberrant behavior.:D

Well that wraps it up then. No one will say so how about a Mod close this bad boy down.

toho, in your opinion, I did.
In my opinion, you did first.
We never match about this.
Please focus on the fact not opinions.

1. I do for you because you didn't.
"He" is gregr.
I have no further comment on this.

2. You could imagine there was no promise about the domain.
You didn't have the domains without the friendship as you understand.
Anyway, I have requested to return the domains back to me
because we lost the friendship.
Why do you still try to hold them?
Are they prizes of friendship in the past?
Is it your friendship?

I could imagine you destroyed the friendship on purpuse
because you won't do the promise, actually.
It's an assumption from my side but a logical thinking.

Mohno : If Toho give you back both names will this case closed ?

If yes then

Toho : Give them back.

:D

Yes, of course.
I believe it takes only a few minues to do.
Please believe me.
I don't want to spend much time.
I don't want to bother everyone.
I don't want to post annoyed messages any more.

Guess so, Webnames.

My opinion on the "issue" however? Once you GIVE someone something, you have GIVEN it to them. Unlike marriage or engagement rings (and even then the line is blurry.) I had a friend take back a birthday present she'd given me once, because she realized how much she liked it. She never replaced it again, and it was the tackiest thing I'd ever experienced up to that point in my life. When we eventually ended our friendship, I never expected anything back that I'd given to her under that friendship.

Things may be different in other cultures.

Minus that, there's no reason to talk about this.

Nexus, I appreciate your comment.
Anyway, there was a promise what never be done in fact.

What's the promise?

It's an abstract thing.
Anyway, it's impossible to do unless having mutual trust.

Come on Mohno, abstract or not, I think if we knew what it was we could make a better judgment call on this topic.
