Order of value of gTLD suffixes with geographic/place domain names

This may sound like a daft question (as it is from me it probably is), but out of .com, .net, .org, .info which are the most valuable when it comes to geographic and place names? Is it the same as with general domains, i.e.

.com
.net
.info
.org

Any help much appreciated.

.com should be on top, even if .info makes more sense for geographical names. The reason is simple. .com is the first thing people will type in, and that's what drives the value
