undeveloped maybe low to high $xx...try developing maybe to a traffic booster sort of site

Very hard to say... probably only high $xx. The name seems to automatically raise a red flag for click fraud. I mean, people do sell traffic to boost up the ranking, but clicks directly related to revenue. Not really see any development potential. All other tlds are still available and even the singular version isn't parked or developed.
