Oregon.info sells on Ebay

Oregon.info sold today on Ebay for $2500. It was listed for $1999 when I added it to my watch list. It appears the owner added a BIN price which triggered the sale.

That's the registrant email address, the admin address IS functional, trust me ;-)

Something's definately wrong here. The same guy owns openhouse.info, and that uses ONLY the non-functioning address above. The buyer should be very, very nervous.
