Orthomark.com

Received an offer to sell along with my asking price to a party that already bought up the other major extentions for this name.
What would you do?

Thank you for the input!

If that was your asking price, then sell... It sounds a bit greedy to set an asking price, and someone meets it, but wants to knock it up a bit since you know they really want it.

I know you probably know you can get more, but, thats just the way it happens.. imo

or, you can go the dirty route (imo) and say you're not interested in selling at that price anymore.

Thank you for your input, sorry for any confusion but I never discussed a price with the interested party, I just received their offer by registered mail without any solicitation today and have not responded.

Is the price what you want for this name? If they bought the other extensions and because the .com is the major extension, you should be able to get a high offer.
