Wow! Although I rarely comment on things around here, I just can't help it.. this is too incredible to allow to pass uncommented! So... my $0.02

Based on the facts in evidence thus far, it seems that a few things ARE quite clear.....

• Allen appears to have been cheated out of his domain
• Based upon his own words which appear in this thread, Domainp appears to have no morals, scruples or brains of any kind.
• Also based upon his own words which appear in this thread, Opencg ALSO appears to have no morals, scruples or brains of any kind.
• Domainp and Opencg appear to be the same person, or partners in crime at the very least.
• Attillio is an innocent victim, caught in a whirlwind of controversy.
• Allen should get the domain back
• Attillio should get a medal, and...
• Opencg and Domainp should be banned or go to jail, whichever comes first.

However "entertaining" this all might be, this disgusting SH*T is the kind of thing which can taint anyone's ability to do honest business transactions on the internet! Since DNForum was the vehicle used for this part of the transaction, it may also taint the otherwise good name of our wonderful home as well!

I say let's NOT ALLOW this to be the case! Shysters, scam artists, liars, thieves and wanna-be mobsters should NEVER be allowed to do business here. NEVER! (DCG, where are you???)

NO ONE should EVER be allowed to threaten another member, and this should be grounds for INSTANT BANNING!

Anyway, just a few of my thoughts, maybe 3 cents worth after all! Anybody agree?

I'm starting my own investigation about this man (Attellio i mean). I've dealt with the guys from Mexico to give them $1.5k on the success. So, deat Attellio, if you continue to judge the situation - My guys will visit you soon. Beleive me or not - BUT IT CAME TO PERSONAL and you don't want to speak in a piece way. Ok, let's try other methods.

Attilo: Most jurisdictions have statues against aggravated harassment - threats of violence or intimidation made via electronic means. Copy this thread and submit it to your local PD. Odds are they will stir things up a bit since they have to take these kind of threats seriously - god forbid something really happened to you and they failed to respond.
