It doesn't mean if you have the keywords you will be #1 on the list. Probably takes just a much as effort as any domain name, xyzxyz.com to be #1 on the list. More importantly are the contents and the links.
But having the keywords, you do have the "slighttttttt edge"
So maybe, $75-$150 range.
