Overture Keyword Tool Not Working?

It's back but January results, what a tease. Maybe a dead cat bounce. Or, we'll soon see "results for August 2007" in the returns 
Why would they take the tool away? Obviously domainers used it heavily, but it was also useful to keyword bidders for their ad program.
