Established domain and site. Domain was first reg'ed back in Jan 1999. Very brandable. Pennsylvania is one of the top 10 most populated states. I have 4000 dollars invested in the domain, site and database. Hundreds of thousands of pages.
Gets small traffic of about 30-50 visitors a day. Makes about $50 month. Not selling based on income or traffic. Consider that as a bonus. The value is in the domain and the potential.
The site could be utilised much better than how I am using it. I have lost the time and interest in development.
