Offers page rank 7 site w/1,000+ newsletter subscribers

I am seeking offers for freebiespace.com. This site has had a PR 7 for several months now and generates all of it's traffic from se's.

The site saw 20,000 page views in July with 7,500 uniques.

The site currently generates $300 - $500 per month.

Site has 1,000 + newsletter subscribers.

Those arent paid as that is one of my sites.

Yes it will disappear, the price for the site will entail permanent links on my other sites.
