Funny thing about this domain was that it was originally pagerank 4 after many pagerank updates it jumped back and forth, but after several recent updates it's been maintained at pagerank 3.
THis domain is very strange, not indexed by google, but have maintained it's pagerank practically for a very long time. It even shows 80+ backlinks from google results. Try link:thurstemplates.com .

Domain have about 6500 backlinks!
