I am looking to get an admin that is capable of making webmasterforum.com as popular as dnforum is today. The traffic is there but the interest is not.

This will be a paid position.

The admin will be responsible for the overall health and growth of the forum.

The admin will be responsible for hiring a mod team that is capable of answering all questions or concerns that may arise.

I want the admin to analyze the forum and tell me what needs to be done to improve it and be willing to do whatever it takes to build it.

First suggestion, since many web hosts run on Unix and Linux, use more IM programs then just MSN a windows only one.
