i notice people can post their parked stats on the forum like a snapshot.how can i do that?

You need to find a "screen capture" program. It will take a picture of all or part of your computer screen and save it as a file. I use "ScreenPrint32" and there are several others that are free.

Use the PrintSC (printscreen ) key on your keyboard > paste into Paint or any other program > save and upload image to image hosting site eg: tinypic etc. > paste link within
