Parking Page Templates / XML feeds

Hello to all.
I need a nice template to use as a parking page, should have a search box and be able to show results of advertisers xml feeds, just like any parking page.
I will replace pictures and feeds my self, i just need a "starting point" or something.
Any suggestions?
