Parkingdots.com - Configuration Error - Product definition file missing

Can anyone login to parkingdots.com? Whenever I go to their site I get the following error:

Configuration Error - Product definition file missing

It's been very usual after the server upgrade

www.parkingdots.com is up and running.

Sometimes it's up, sometimes now. Right now I can't access it again. Same error I get: Configuration Error - Product definition file missing

I have been able to get in but when I go to look at stats it says no record. This seems to be happening since they made some changes to my parked sites about 2 weeks ago.
