Nice one. Agree with Fatbat but I think value even undeveloped should be mid-$$$ at least. I wouldn't let it go for less.

thanks Kate, I agree with you that I shouldnt let it go for less than mid $xxx, I personally think it's intrinsic value is more like $x,xxx undeveloped
