I am finally offering for sale:

It is at godaddy and expires 26th January 2010.

This term "pay rise" was searched 22,200 times last month according to Google keyword tool. It seems to be a primarily British term and is the equivelent of "pay raise". This is a super premium term and has a lot of uses.
