There are already some products on the market that carry this label. I didn't see any TM issues doing a quick search. But you may want to investigate a little further?

No offense vsesco. But how can you put a price on an undeveloped site? I always get a kick out of that.
There are several users here that throw that in in their appraisal.
As a developer it makes no since to me
Just something to take into consideration when appraising a name .
