what is the approx asking price? And if trades, what value of domain are you looking for? And no clicks?! Also can you explain the huge spikes in the traffic before. Thanks.

The spikes in traffic were for when the site was live and I got coverage from other blogs. (The site was about the Pittsburgh Penguins). They are currently in the playoffs and so traffic will continue to come to the site while they are in. Also, during regular season the domain was getting about 100+ type-ins everyday before I got the domain.

I paid just under $400 and have put some good seo efforts into it as well, but I also understand that none of that matters if no conversions can be made. So, that's why I'm looking to either trade for something in the same range, or some other domain with traffic that needs to be optimized.
