You still need to pay a transfer fee to change whois details otherwise you still legally own the domain after you have sold it!

Isn't is possible to change whois from my account before I push to buyers account? - I'm talking about a push not a transfer

It is only possible to change the address field, your registrar does this via the automaton. You cannot change the registrant field.

I think this is an excellent feature that stops domain hi-jacking in some respects as the domain cannot be transfered without fake documentation and ID...although I do agree it is a pain with smaller value sales.
