We’re generally very adverse to developing names with hyphens, so thoughts on which one has the best value as a primary site name ?

Also, thoughts on value (reseller/enduser) for the package – thinking of a political / celeb news blog or forum type of site perhaps – target market being Pakistani citizens, expatriates, or those that are interested in Pakistan politics.

BTW, GMSV (phrase) monthly search volume is 2,900 & 660 Google news stories right now.

All worth zero. The second one is worth far less than zero. If you really want to torture yourself then go ahead and develop the 1st one or 3rd one, but they are each bad in their own way.
 
LOL re the torture... it wouldn't be too hard to dev a minisite around one of them... I'm pretty sure it would recoup at least domain renewal fees.
