Trademark issues? C'mon!
Pesa is a Spanish word meaning:
1) Weight (for weightlifting, although "pesas" - weights - is better for a generic domain name)
2) Weight (as in scale weights)
3) Weighing scale
4) Weigh (certain conjugations)
Too generic to cause TM conflict unless one is blatantly pirating a logo, company name or acronym in the same industry.
Not usable enough in English language to hold significant value.
I wouldn't use it to, say, sell weighing scales or dumbells in a Spanish market. There must be better names.
