assuming there is no or little traffic is there any value in these 4 character .com

do you have any idea how much i should ask if i tried to contact all PGE companies

The overture on this domain is very nice (assuming it's not inflated). The overture itself puts you in the $x,xxx. It will be easier to give you an appraisal when you are able to provide stats and revenue. The domain itself without traffic/overture/revenue is not worth any more then what you paid.
