No offense but I don't think the 2 word CityState names work in any extension except the .com. Domainers seem brainwashed into thinking that hyphens are bad in all extensions just because they usually mess up any url bar type-ins that a .com would otherwise receive. That is the opposite case in the alternative extensions, where you aren't looking for url bar type-in traffic anyways. You're looking for search bar type-ins for traffic instead. In that case, the use of hyphens is actually a benefit. It helps with SEO iin a few ways. Sometimes it helps save a click by avoiding the "did you mean" response by Google, several search engines handle the parsing of the two (or more) words much easier, and backward links using the url carry more impact on page rank etc.

Thanks fatter and doc. No offense taken doc. Kind of two issues that you're hitting on. In a sense, hyphenated and non-hypenated compound domains have distinctly different advantages. I've no doubt what you say about SEO benefit with the hyphen version (better parsing, etc.) is correct. A good number of domainers buy hyphens on that principle alone. On the other hand, a non-hyphen is more intuitive, natural.

In the case of PhoenixArizona.info, it would be the next best alternative to Phoenix.info. Given the huge pop of Phoenix, I think it's a safe bet that a decent paying end-user exists there, i.e. decent future sale. fatter's guestimation is reasonable imo.
