The site and domain both are beauty.
Site was launched on January 2009 and traffic is only increasing. Right now its at about 9,000 uniques a month with at least 1.5 page views per unique. Most of it is US traffic. All traffic is organic.
Content is all original. We do at least 1 post a day. Usually it is more.
Site makes money now also.
Adsense is only about 5% of the income. Majority comes from pages like this.

Please look at the bottom of the blog post and you will understand what I mean.
But this is a long term project. I believe first you should get the traffic going and then worry about monetization later. Domain name is awesome because you can cover all the phone and mobile technology in the world without any trademark issues.
Some body with a vision will understand the value of this domain and site.
Why am I selling it? Trying to buy a very expensive domain name that I have my heart set on for a while now. So just raising capital towards it.
So, if you are used to buying websites based on stated income x 10 times, then this is not the thread for you.
I am not planning to sell this website based on some revenue multiplication.
I think its an awesome domain and site with great future in right hands.
Transaction can be done using escrow.com so that both the parties feel comfortable.
I will help you with moving the site to your servers.
I will even help you with 15 days of blog posts after the sale so you can find a suitable writer.
