If this member has unethical traffic domain sales transaction, you should consider seriously before you start any transaction with this member. However, this is just a warning and i am not defaming this member as i have proof.

A developed website with no stats to show, probably he is trying to make the bidder thinks it is a highly rated site by asking you to check alexa. We all know Alexa rating/ranking is not accurate.

I have personally deal with this member and have bad experience with him. Please take a look at the above link. He faking traffic domain, so probably he is trying to do the same in this sale. Faking registered member, use unethical method to increase PR value. We should know that PR rating can also be faked.

Feel anything strange when he suddenly cancel this website sales at the following thread.

As i have said stop littering my threads, i have asked to post pms and responses so there is nothing to hide, this is not fake and the pr value i dont understand how it can be faked

as my server has gone down(Would explain like i have said no stats) and i dont have anymoney to bring it back up how could i possibly repay you, i have explained all in pms and would like to post them please respond to main threads

I would not be interested in buying this site unless the issue with Skylight was cleared up. He is obviously not a happy camper, and I'm sure there's a reason why.
