Well, I do see many a US citizen holding a .ca domain name. The rules are that you must have a Canadian presence to own a .ca domain i.e. Office, business, citizenship.

No.

Unless you are a Canadian citizen, hold an identical registered trade mark in Canada, or hold the registration through a qualifying Canadian-domiciled company, you may not register a .ca domain. No exceptions.
 
you can. they are representative services and you can keep it in seospecialist's account if he allows it.
 
I do appreciate the comments but lets get back to the sale of this domain. I already answered Stock Post's question. $50 for Physiciandirectory.ca

You can try. Neither are allowed under CIRA and would result in deletion of the registrations.
