Not sure where the controversy with celeb names is at but isn't there a celeb name collector who was being legally chased for holding these names?
I think he was operating out of celebname.com (gone)

i can't see them trademarking there name ,they might be a million joe piscopos in the world.Anyways most of the celebs use fake names.Nothing wrong with that?
im not planning on developing a site.
I know alot of celeb sites that are not owned by the celeb or there business.
But if someone who likes joe piscopo the celeb comes along and wants this name .Its for sale
