Thanks Who, I dont particularly like the name. I mean email is email...include a picture it's still email.. BUT, with the new picture phones / camera phones / video phones and it's a natural service extension and the marketing is campaign seems to be taking hold and picking up speed.. walk into you local cell phone store and you also see picture phones and picture mail being plastered on everything .. well radio shack anyways.

Is sending pictures (email) that difficult for the average web user ? If thats the case any new service that makes it a breeze may very well catch on..picture mail

This is a TM issue:

http://www.picturemail.com/login.jsp

However ... I don't think they'd be likely to press the issue in the extensions you've provided. This could change.
They've partnered with Sprint, I believe ... and they're advertising heavily now. IMHO, I would not put much value on them and I'd recommend not offering them "For sale".
I ain't no attorney, though.
Best of Luck.

Yep. Nice set if theres no tm issues. 150-200

Not an issue at all .. I always check TM issues and found no issue

http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm

Also if you care to take a few moments and check your link you see no TM or SM on "PictureMail" anywheres on there site

Picture Mail is still a generic term..just as Email is..

Thanks for your concern though :D

Well, then there's your audience Bid! Surely they'd be interested in acquiring these "generic" domains.
Send 'em an e-mail offering these ... and please report back here on your progress. :)
Thanks.

You're welcome bidawinner :)

Edit:
I saw a Sprint TV commercial with PictureMail ("TM") in it late last evening! Just for FYI purposes.
Take care.
