Avater Flash chat themed around a hotel lobby. Great site to add to a network and throw some traffic to. Users choose a nickname and then enter the hotel lobby and chat, walk-around, etc.

If you understand flash you can even change the art, etc.

The chat supports upto 10 rooms and 100 people.
You can run multiple instances of the chat on 1 server.
