About the Site:
I started PinchPoke in July and with only a few forum posts I did $870 in sales last month.
I posted a few forum threads about the site and just from that took in over $870 in August. There has been no paid advertising or promotion since those posts, so there is plenty of opportunity to make some fantastic money with this site.
About the Products:
The site offers two products for sale. First is a Glitter Generator that sells for $12, and second is a set of 75 custom made layouts for use on MySpace resource sites that costs $49. I've done 30 sales since launch. Here is the PayPal revenue screen shot for sales so far.
Please see the site for more info on the script and layouts. The layouts package comes with an administration backend that allows you to enter in a domain and email address (when someone orders the package) and the script automatically watermarks the layouts with the domain, edits the files, zips everything up (including instructions), and sends a download link to the purchaser. It also keeps a running list of who's licensed and who's not so you can see at a glance which domains are using the layouts.
Misc:
Traffic-wise, I do not promote the site at all and it gets around 800 uniques per month (stats).
Anyone here who's purchased from me or seen my sales knows that I always provide excellent support, and my products are moneymakers. I created the scrolling LED sign you can see all over MySpace now and it has proven to be super popular. I'll set everything up on the new owner's server and make sure it's all running fine, and I won't disappear after the sale if you have questions.
This site made $870 in one month with no real promotion other than a few forum posts. These are quality products and they sell themselves, and there are more and more MySpace resource sites out there every day that can use them. The domain itself is highly brandable and easy to remember.
Reason for Selling:
Truth be told, my wife's parents are in town and we're going to Vegas with them next week, and it would be nice to have some extra play money.
PayPal or ePassporte is preferred and I will gladly provide references of people from this forum and others that I've done business with in the past.
