Are you just looking for offers to hold aka Appraisal, or do you actually plan on selling it?
I am sure people would like to know before they consider making a offer (including myself)

Yes looking to sell. BIN is 750 and high offer is 500. If I don't get any more offers in the next couple of days, I'll hold onto it.
