I seriously have to wonder about the low appraisals on this one... I don't know what people are thinking. I'm broker than broke until payday and I'd pay $100 for it today. As far as prefixes go, "Cool" is one of the better ones for Internet services.
The fact that GemHost.com ("Gem" is not a normal or obvious prefix by any stretch of the imagination) sold for $100 means this one's got to be worth *at least* 20 times that, so $2,000 minimum undeveloped, name-only.
