PremiumDomains.com claim this is a Premium Domain Name.... I would agree if
it was a .com, or .net. Please share your thoughts?

Also, I've been holding onto these .biz domains as I've been looking to develop them into businesses/websites dedicated to increasing your PageRank.

I got a hand submitted appraisal on these from AllForDomains.com, which I think is a pretty reputable domain sales site, but thought the appraisal may be a little steep. Obviously, due to Page Ranking values, the PR9.biz domain is going to be worth more than the PR2.biz. Please share your thoughts?
