Many thanks for the advice. Does this apply to the Uk market as well as the US?

In the UK we've got a leading online bank, the UK's most popular dating site, a high street/catalogue chain and two large goverment sites that all end in Direct. There are others, and scores of other smaller sites as well. Does this make a difference when selling to the UK market [ I've got my fingers crossed ] ?
