Plain and simple this guy is a fraudulent domainer. Our transaction was consummated on 1/27/11. I've given more than enough time for this person to make this right and honor his word.

The name is jko.us and was sold for $15. If needed, I will cut and paste all the private messages in regards to this.

DNF members are lucky they can post negative stuff and disputes here and that way maybe get their money or domain.

Ar some other forums it's strictly against the rules to post anything involving a dispute on the board. For example, I too was cheated out of the same amount of money for a (WSO) service ordered but not installed or used but it was against the rules to post about the matter there so there was nothing I could do and lost the money. PayPal was useless since they ruled against my chargeback saying digital products and services are non-refundable. It wasn't the $15 but the prinicipal of it. Now there is nothing I can think of doing to get the refund.

That surely is the truth. It's not about the money. Whatever ever happened to the old days, when a hand shake or a good look in the eyes was all that was needed to make a deal.
