please help

I have a new project site but im trying to find some software to make it a tad easier. What I need to be able to do is import large files. A good example would be snapcheck. Thats not what I'm looking to do but its a good example of what I need to do. 20000 drops in a day and they list them all. I can't load just a screen shot of 20000 names I need to import them to some type db.

There has to be some sort of program I could make work but I sure cant find or think of one. Please can anyone help? Pretty please
