It's a personal project which I no longer have time to do any justice. It has received numerous amounts of press coverage, over 6,000 unique hits in a month. 20,000 page views. I have a page rank of 6.

How muchwould you value my site at if i sold as a complete package?

You should provide us with INCOME if any.. With out income I see no true value in this.. Domain alone is not of value site as is could be developed for 200$ there is no quality content as its based on your BLOG and links to other sites. Now the only value is PR then again what can poeple do with a pr6 and site like that I would say not that much.. I would value your site at low XXX.. I wish you all the best with the sale of the site..
