Does anyone know how it works with the tranasaction of a .com that is trademarked? The seller has a name that is trademarked and wants now to sell the name.
I've never bumped into such thing before so I dont even know what to do.
Any thoughts?

if you don't know what you're doing, or how to go about doing it....then don't do it.

Just like biggy said, if your unsure on dealing with a trademarked name, best bet for you is just to stay away.
