Poker related name.com ~ How can I use it?

Hello,
I own a domain that follows this pattern:

??PlayName-Of-The-Game.com

• Name of the game: (this is the game in the title). I've just seen that there is a trademark on the "Play Name-Of-The-Game".

• ?? are 2 letters that meke a lot of sens, that could have been cd, 3d ect...

I believe, within few monthes they will check if this donain is available.

I know I should have checked before I bought it, but Does that mean I can't use it?
If I trademark "Win Name-Of-The-Game" does that mean no body can use "3D-Win-Name-Of-The-Game".com?

I m wanting avoid trademark issues.. Please may you suggest some options?

1. Should I send them the name for free and tell them this is a mistake?
2. Should I sell it to someone who knows how handle this situtation?
3. Or Can I keep it and put a website on it?what can I have on the site and what can't I have ?

Would appreciate comments/suggestions.
