It's time for me to list Mypokertube.com for sale. The site receives on average 25k uniques / month. The site generates 2-5k per year accept the last 3 months the income have been non existent because I've been not putting up all the ad spaces because I wanted to get more uniques and the banners were hurting me a little in my opinion.

The site has traffic from poker and non poker related term, because I use the image hosting for non poker sites too. I have thousands of images linked back to mypokertube so the traffic will remain indefinitely.
The site has 2 issues right now :
1. Database - I have special script to reboot site because of database crashes. This can be fixed for couple hundred by a database expert.
2. Video Upload - This is related to database I think.
The reason I'm selling has nothing to do with these issues , rather I need money to pay real estate taxes. I would normally list the site for 15k but since it has issues I can go to $7,900 which is an absolute steal. If you want me to fix the issues then I would need a deposit in escrow, and the price would rise to $8900.00 for repairs and my time.
I'm also offering free server with current traffic for 5 months as part of the deal.

This is not just a photo hosting and video site but is a complete blogging platform and poker social network with bulletins and internal email. To get a site going like this with this much traffic would cost you 40k or 3 years of hard work.
The site is not one of those video sites that play youtube videos, but rather has its own videos. You take the embeded code just like youtube and place them on your blogs. The site also has in video banners where you can add your affiliate trackers.
Site is PR 2 and Google loves it.
